Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

You will build and operate a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and hires top technical and GTM talent. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of roles, design interview processes, schedule intake meetings, and configure interview plans in the ATS. You will conduct recruiter screens, develop creative sourcing strategies, perform market research and personalized outreach, and analyze recruiting metrics to refine strategies. You will continuously improve recruiting processes, share actionable insights with hiring managers, and maintain strong communication and stakeholder alignment across time zones. The role may require being onsite in San Francisco up to three days per week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and market research
  • Experience developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly learn new roles and requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset
  • May be required onsite in San Francisco up to 3 days per week
