Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing cleared engineers for US tech companies
- Proven experience sourcing hard-to-find positions
- Expertise with sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
- Ability to analyze sourcing metrics and conversion rates
- Quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with hiring managers
- Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for global roles
- Create and refine personalized outreach programs
- Conduct high-volume targeted outreach weekly and maintain conversion rates
- Analyze sourcing metrics and refine strategies based on data
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide regular sourcing updates
- Rapidly onboard to new roles and learn role-specific terminology
- Identify internal referral sources and coordinate sourcing efforts
