Senior User Researcher
About the Role
You will lead and execute strategic research initiatives, synthesize insights across customer touchpoints, and present findings to inform high-stakes product decisions. You will build and maintain research operations including repositories, templates, and participant recruitment infrastructure, and enable PMs and designers to run high-quality studies.
Requirements
- 5+ years user research experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert qualitative research and interviewing skills
- Strong survey design and quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to pair research with product analytics and experiments
- Experience delivering actionable insights and reusable artifacts such as personas and frameworks
- Experience building or improving research operations, repositories, workflows, and intake
- Fluency with modern research and analytics tools (Dovetail, UserTesting, survey and product analytics)
- Proficiency with Figma, Notion, Slack and AI tools for analysis/synthesis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate findings for varied audiences
- Fintech or crypto/DeFi experience (preferred)

- Conduct strategic research initiatives
- Partner with product teams on high-stakes decisions
- Synthesize insights across customer touchpoints monthly
- Present findings to the executive team as needed
- Build and evolve the research roadmap aligned with company OKRs
- Build and maintain a research repository and insight management system
- Create research templates and playbooks for common study types
- Train PMs and designers on research methods through workshops and coaching
- Manage research tools and participant recruitment infrastructure
- Measure and improve research velocity and impact metrics
