SEO & Ads Specialist (Web3)
About the Role
You will own SEO and paid acquisition efforts for Web3 products. You will optimize website content, landing pages, and documentation for search visibility, set up and run performance ad campaigns, analyze results, and iterate on tactics to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with content and design partners and monitor crypto/Web3 trends to keep strategies effective.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in SEO or digital advertising, preferably in tech, fintech or Web3
- Understanding of Web3 user behavior and familiarity with blockchain platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Twitter Ads, GA4, Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Experience with Search Console and web analytics
- Strong data analysis skills and performance-driven decision making
- Ability to work proactively, independently and cross-functionally
- English reading and research skills
Responsibilities
- Develop SEO strategies tailored to Web3 products and audience behavior
- Optimize website content, landing pages and documentation to improve search engine visibility
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Twitter/X, Reddit and other platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign and SEO performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Ahrefs and Search Console
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align organic and paid messaging
- Ideate and test tactics to improve reach, engagement and conversion
