Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

In this role, you will build, monitor, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure for a variety of DLTs, ensuring reliability and performance. You will collaborate with product and platform engineers to proactively address reliability, scalability, and observability. You will also develop scalable infrastructure using code, with a focus on Kubernetes Helm charts, and automate incident detection, triage, and resolution processes. Additionally, you will participate in the on-call rotation for systems owned by the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
  • Deep familiarity with blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., running validator/full/archive nodes, RPC optimization, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Golang development—with ability to build tools, services, or automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux internals and systems administration.
  • Strong background in distributed system design and high availability architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
