About the Role

Requirements

• Reside in Singapore and be legally authorized to work in Singapore with on-site availability
• 5-8 years of income tax experience in public accounting or industry
• Degree in accounting
• CPA certification
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working with data and data analysis tools to organize and normalize data
• Proficiency with Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL and VBA
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Alteryx
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Mandarin language skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Support execution of tax enterprise CRS FATCA and CARF solutions with Customer Operations
• Deliver excellent experiences to partners and customers
• Support client projects in automation and process improvement using the company software
• Define business needs related to digital asset trading and transaction data
• Track client projects and assess client data for integration
• Map solution architecture for client data consumption
• Engage with sales and business development to enable go to market expansion
• Engage with prospects to accelerate or expand strategic deals
• Drive analysis on complex client data sets
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure data integration accuracy
• Evaluate partner processes and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
• Develop deep understanding of customer business processes and products through discovery
