Social Media and Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will set the social strategy and run the content calendar across X, Farcaster, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You will create content—write high-signal posts, script and edit short-form video, and produce lightweight visuals—and ship a weekly newsletter. You will engage the community in real time, design and run growth experiments (A/B tests, hooks, thumbnails, CTAs), and connect social performance to signups and activation via UTMs and analytics. You will coordinate creator and partner marketing, scope small paid pilots when organic signals are strong, and deliver clear dashboards and insights to measure impact.
Requirements
- 2–6+ years in social, growth, or content with demonstrable audience growth
- Portfolio of examples or links to accounts managed with metrics
- Meme literacy and strong contextual judgment
- Elite writing ability: clear, concise, opinionated copy
- Short-form video skills: scripting, basic filming, and editing
- Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or Descript
- Data-savvy: UTMs, analytics, and basic cohort analysis
- Experience running experiments and iterating based on retention, CTR, and follow rates
- Crypto/Web3 native or extremely curious; Farcaster familiarity preferred
Responsibilities

- Produce lightweight visuals using Figma or Canva
- Ship a weekly (or better) newsletter that converts
- Design and run growth loops, collaborations, and referral mechanics
- Reply and engage the community in real time
- Run experiments: A/B test hooks, thumbnails, CTAs, and formats
- Track UTMs and connect social performance to signups and activation
- Deliver weekly dashboards and actionable insights
- Coordinate partner and creator marketing for launches and AMAs
- Scope small paid pilots on X and TikTok when organic signals are strong
