Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Communications Journalism or related field
• Strong knowledge of the crypto space and its audiences
• Ability to craft engaging social posts including short captions memes and headline ideas for short-form video
• Willingness to brainstorm fresh content formats and experiment with new platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to adapt to a consistent brand voice with guidance
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to iterate quickly
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn social media analytics tools
• Comfort summarizing findings and proposing simple improvements
• Organized proactive and self-motivated
• Reliable in meeting deadlines while balancing multiple tasks
• Legal right to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in designing and executing a cross-platform social strategy
• Gather input from stakeholders and contribute ideas for campaigns
• Draft and share highlights from research and reporting for distribution
• Support efforts to showcase and promote in-house talent
• Maintain the content calendar and track upcoming releases and announcements
• Post daily and interact with the community to boost engagement
• Repackage editorial, research, and video content into platform-specific formats
• Collect and organize engagement metrics and prepare recap reports
• Track crypto news, memes, and sentiment to identify timely posting opportunities
• Collaborate with writers and video producers to brainstorm social-friendly formats
• Assist with giveaways, collaborations, and cross-promotions
• Monitor comments and discussions for misinformation or sentiment changes and escalate issues
