- Align social media strategy with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Conceptualize, create, edit, and share engaging content daily across text, video, and blog mediums
- Monitor web traffic and SEO metrics
- Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with marketing, design, sales, and customer service
- Monitor customer reviews and respond to queries promptly and politely
- Oversee digital design of social media profiles (covers, profile photos, etc.)
- Suggest and implement promotions or giveaways to increase brand awareness
- Stay current on social media technologies, design tools, and applications
