About the Role
You will shape Base's vertical video presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and the Base App. You will set measurable goals and KPIs, develop creative briefs and posting strategies, collaborate with creators and cross-functional partners, and track performance to optimize content through testing and iteration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media strategy content marketing or brand storytelling
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms audience behavior and content trends
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical thinking
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp visual eye
- Comfortable working cross functionally with marketing design and growth teams
- Passion for culture creators and onchain media
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a holistic social video strategy across Instagram TikTok YouTube X and Base App
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for growth engagement and conversion
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing creative and community creators to produce platform native content
- Create creative briefs and posting strategies aligned with launches campaigns and cultural moments
- Experiment with emerging trends formats and technologies
- Build and foster community through authentic engagement and creator collaborations
- Identify and amplify user generated content and influencer partnerships
- Track analyze and report performance metrics and translate insights into recommendations
- Optimize content performance through A/B testing creative iteration and real time trend monitoring
