Solana Rust Developer and Auditor
About the Role
You will review smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure code, and decentralized applications to identify security vulnerabilities using manual code review and tooling. You will design and implement solutions to complex engineering and research problems, improve and maintain security tools, write well‑tested code, collaborate with teammates, and produce open‑source work and present at conferences.
Requirements
- Passion for blockchain technology, cryptoeconomic protocol design, game theory, and decentralized finance
- Basic understanding of common cryptographic vulnerabilities
- Experience in penetration testing or white hat hacking is a plus
- Professional software development experience in C or C++ or other languages
- Willingness to learn Rust
- Focus on building high-quality, well-tested code
- Proficiency with Git
- Availability for hybrid work in Prague or remote within GMT+3 to GMT+0 time zones
