About the Role

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical experience in system integrations (Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong customer focus
• Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and other programming languages
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort thriving in early-stage environments and building processes from scratch
• Fintech experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from technical discovery to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on integration support.
• Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through platform development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, escalating and advocating for fixes.
