Solutions Architect Lead
About the Role
You will work directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology, help them integrate and deploy solutions, and accelerate their development. You will collect and relay developer feedback to influence product roadmaps, collaborate with engineers to enhance SDKs and tooling, and create tutorials, demos, and reference materials. You will represent the product at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and live coding sessions, and support developer adoption through direct technical assistance and advocacy.
Requirements
- Passion for blockchain
- Experience leading development teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong collaboration with internal and external teams
- Computer science fundamentals or prior development experience
- Experience writing Rust
- Experience writing Solidity
- Experience writing Go
- Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments
Responsibilities
- Own developer success for leading application teams
- Advocate for and develop strategic partnerships with application teams
- Relay developer feedback into product roadmap and go-to-market plans
