Solutions Architect
About the Role
You will work closely with business, operations, and engineering stakeholders to scope technical fit and move customers from interest to production. You will lead technical discovery, onboard clients, troubleshoot integrations, and guide customers through API development. You will provide structured feedback to influence the product roadmap and advocate for engineering fixes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience in system integrations (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong customer focus with a proven track record delivering technical solutions
- Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort thriving in early-stage environments and building processes from scratch
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Nice to have: Fintech experience including neobank or card issuing
- Nice to have: Familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from technical discovery through onboarding to production deployment
- Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on support for platform integrations
- Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through platform development
- Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
- Bridge customer needs and engineering solutions, escalate and advocate for fixes
