Solutions Consultant
About the Role
You will lead technical discussions with clients and guide integration approaches and best practices. You will define implementation architecture, authorization, and integration requirements and operationalize end-to-end data workflows. You will perform data mapping, configure data adapters and algo parameters, and investigate data quality issues. You will oversee implementation delivery, partner with project leads, and work with product and R&D to recommend and validate remediation actions. You will analyze pre- and post-trade data and FIX messages and use integration methods like REST APIs, message queues, and streaming data to validate solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years delivering solutions within the capital markets industry at a professional services firm or technology solution provider
- Domain knowledge of capital markets technology including Execution Management Systems Algo Trading Platforms Trade Surveillance Platforms and Clearing and Settlement systems
- Familiarity with pre- and post-trade data workflows including order management execution and surveillance processes
- Working knowledge of FIX message structures and key fields
- Proven ability to work directly with sophisticated clients to resolve prioritization and implementation challenges
- Clear and confident communicator able to explain technical architecture and workflows to technical and business teams
- Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs message queues and streaming data and with data adapters connectors and ETL pipelines
- Nice to have Knowledge of on-chain data structures blockchain ledgers and DEX order flows
- Nice to have Familiarity with Clickhouse or Snowflake
- Nice to have Strong SQL or Python and data analysis capabilities
- Nice to have Experience with real-time market data integration and low-latency workflows

- Conduct data mapping and configure data adapters and algorithm parameters
- Oversee implementation delivery in partnership with project engagement leads
- Identify issues and conduct root cause investigations into data quality and accuracy
- Recommend remediation actions and validate issue resolution with product and R&D
