About the Role
You will manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing success. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide hands on support, and translate customer needs into actionable product feedback. You will collaborate with internal teams, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a software development role
- Technical degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with startups
- Passion for blockchain technologies and Web3
- Founding a company or building side projects is a plus
