Solutions Engineer
About the Role
You will act as the first line of technical support for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products. You will troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and drive fixes with engineering. You will build code samples, demos, and SDKs, rewrite and expand documentation and tutorials, and automate support workflows using internal tooling and scripts. You will support developers in Discord and Telegram, gather feedback, prototype experimental features, and partner with enterprise teams to design integrations and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions, or devrel)
- Excitement for the Solana ecosystem and distributed systems
- Comfort reading and writing code, with TypeScript and Rust preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas
- Passion for helping developers and improving developer experience
- Experience with APIs, SDK design, or open-source contributions (nice to have)
- Prior startup experience or work in a small fast-moving team (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products

- Build code samples, demos, and SDKs to help customers integrate faster
- Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions
- Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts, and AI-assisted systems
- Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements
- Support developers in Discord and Telegram and gather feedback
- Design integrations and optimize performance with enterprise and ecosystem teams
- Prototype experimental features with engineers and product owners based on customer feedback
