Solutions Engineer
About the Role
You will support enterprise and institutional partners in Japan through technical evaluations, pilots, and integrations. You will lead discovery sessions on architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operations. You will design and run test environments and performance benchmarks, respond to technical diligence, and guide production deployments. You will translate enterprise requirements into clear technical feedback for product and engineering, help shape roadmap priorities, support integrations with wallets custody providers and cloud infrastructure, localize documentation and enablement in Japanese, and represent the technology in workshops, partner meetings, and industry events.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer Solutions Architect or technical pre sales
- Background in blockchain infrastructure cloud platforms distributed systems or financial infrastructure
- Hands on experience with Ethereum or EVM based systems
- Experience working with regulated institutions such as banks asset managers or exchanges is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of sequencing finality rollups smart contracts and network operations
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and production deployment environments
- Ability to reason about performance scalability security and operational tradeoffs
- Fluent in Japanese with professional working proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners
- Lead technical discovery sessions on architecture performance security compliance and operations
- Design and support test environments and performance benchmarks
- Respond to detailed technical diligence from banks asset managers system integrators and regulators
- Translate enterprise requirements into technical feedback for product and engineering
- Support integrations with wallets custody providers cloud infrastructure and system integrators
- Guide partners through architecture deployment upgrade paths and operational best practices
- Localize documentation and provide technical enablement in Japanese
- Participate in technical workshops partner meetings and industry events
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to Japanese enterprises evaluating Layer 2 infrastructure
