Solutions Engineer
About the Role
You will act as a technical bridge between customers and product teams. You will advise on architecture and implementation, lead technical discovery calls and demos, diagnose and debug issues across smart contracts, frontend, backend and infra, and build proofs of concept, guides and reusable code to help customers succeed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in React
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with blockchain, smart contracts and NFTs
- Experience with EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum and Polygon
- Familiarity with web3 development frameworks like Hardhat and Foundry
- Experience with Git and version control
- Experience implementing SDKs and developer tools
- Experience in a customer-facing support or solutions role
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and architectural advice to business stakeholders and developers
- Lead technical discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
- Diagnose and debug customer issues across smart contracts, frontend, backend and infrastructure
- Build and maintain implementation guides, solution templates and reusable code samples
- Collaborate with product to translate customer feedback into feature improvements
- Build proof of concept applications showcasing platform capabilities
- Develop internal tools, automation scripts and processes to increase team efficiency
- Support customers through Discord, email and video calls
