Solutions Engineer - Web3
About the Role
You will design, develop, and optimize solutions for clients integrating with the Sei Network. You will consult with partners to understand use cases, lead complex integration projects, act as the primary technical contact for customers, collaborate with product and engineering to resolve issues, and provide technical training and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role in the crypto or digital assets space
- At least 1+ year of supporting EVM-specific technical challenges
- Experience partnering with major financial institutions custodians or digital asset service providers
- Deep knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology including Web3 DeFi and smart contracts
- Excellent problem-solving communication and client-facing skills
- Previous experience in designing high-availability architectures is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable secure solutions for partners integrating with the Sei Network
- Engage and consult with partners to gather requirements and facilitate discovery conversations
- Lead complex integration projects and guide cross-functional teams end to end
- Act as the primary technical contact for high-profile customers and manage escalations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define features and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers
- Monitor blockchain and digital asset trends to inform solution improvements
