Solutions Engineer
About the Role
You will become an expert on the platform capabilities, APIs, and integration pathways and act as the technical lead for partners during pre and post-sales. You will design solutions, share integration best practices, and create collateral to support sales. You will translate customer requirements into documented solution designs, collaborate with implementation managers to ensure successful launches, and provide technical support to resolve adoption blockers. You will share product feedback with internal teams, stay aware of the roadmap, and continuously learn about trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing solutions engineering technical sales or consulting roles at a SaaS fintech company
- Excellent knowledge of web services APIs and related standards such as HTTP and REST
- Experience with SQL JavaScript Python and/or Golang
- Self-starter able to take on tasks with minimal oversight and guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Preferred: Knowledge of digital assets asset settlement lending yield and DeFi products
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Zero Hash’s platform capabilities APIs and integration pathways
- Serve as the technical lead and main technical contact for partners throughout the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Sales to demonstrate how Zero Hash addresses customer use cases and technical requirements
- Design solutions share integration best practices and create collateral to support the sales process
- Synthesize customer requirements into documented solution designs and customization requests
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers to ensure smooth implementations and successful launches
- Provide technical support to help partners resolve issues that impede adoption during implementation
- Share customer interests needs and product feedback with internal product teams
- Maintain awareness of the internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers
- Continuously learn and stay aware of industry trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
