Staff Product Designer
About the Role
You will lead design initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with engineers and other designers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences. You will turn ambiguous product ideas into actionable designs through research, prototyping, and iteration. You will create end-to-end experiences that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, contribute to and evolve the design system, and communicate design rationale clearly to align cross-functional partners. You will also help shape design culture by modeling craft, collaboration, and curiosity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform products
- Ability to own complex ambiguous problem spaces and deliver elegant intuitive solutions
- Strong product sense and strategic thinking
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills with portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers to ship technically informed designs
- Breadth across UI UX motion and interaction with deep skills in one or two areas
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with Web3 fintech or AI is a plus but not required
