Staff Product Designer
About the Role
You will own design end-to-end, defining product direction and shipping high-precision interfaces. You will prototype quickly with Figma, Cursor, and light code to validate ideas, run user research to extract actionable insights, and create and evolve a cohesive design system. You will collaborate closely with engineers and leadership, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and raising design standards across the product.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing high-quality consumer products, ideally in early-stage or zero-to-one environments
- A portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and attention to detail
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Fluency in tools like Figma and Cursor
- Clear thoughtful communication and presentation skills
- Bias toward ownership and action; ability to navigate ambiguity
- Deep curiosity about markets and incentives
- Bonus: experience in fintech, crypto, or data-rich products
- Bonus: exposure to trading, DeFi, or financial systems
