About the Role

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, risk management, or solutions architecture within B2B SaaS
• Domain experience in compliance, fintech, AML, or KYC
• Understanding of API integrations
• Strong analytical skills and experience with number driven analysis
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools
• Experience with customer facing technical product engagements
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven project management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Manage customer accounts and maximize customer return on investment
• Translate complex product and technical problems into simple actionable solutions
• Advise customers on fraud prevention, AML, and compliance best practices
• Build, monitor, and communicate customer KPIs
• Collaborate with risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product teams
• Provide strategic analysis and long term account planning
• Manage projects and coordinate stakeholders during integrations and solution delivery
