Strategy & Planning Manager, Market Operations
About the Role
You will partner closely with the VP of Operations to prioritize decisions, drive progress reviews, and manage high-impact projects. You will build repeatable business intelligence processes, translate data into executive-ready recommendations, act as the VP’s proxy for other functions, and coordinate company-level reporting rhythms. Expect significant cross-functional collaboration and regular travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience driving operational processes with cross-functional partners
- 3+ years building or using business intelligence platforms for decision-making
- Proven ability to lead projects and navigate ambiguity through research and curiosity
- Excellence in written business communications and executive-ready artifacts
- Strong problem-solving using formal frameworks to clarify goals and execution
- Ability to work with C-level stakeholders and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Drive weekly prioritization and decision-making with the VP of Operations
- Provide data-driven recommendations by building repeatable business intelligence processes
- Lead initiatives and manage projects on behalf of the VP of Operations
- Gather cross-functional knowledge and synthesize insights for stakeholders
- Act as the VP of Operations’ proxy for major functions
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly company-level reporting
- Represent and present strategic and operational updates for Operations
- Establish and maintain business review rhythms within Operations and company-wide
