Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role
You will proactively source and engage top-decile web3 tech and non-tech talent for highly technical roles. You will build and maintain consistent top-of-funnel pipelines, run outbound sourcing end-to-end, and manage multiple candidate pipelines. You will partner with founders and engineering leaders on market mapping and hiring strategy, and contribute to recruiting operations, HR work, tooling, and automation projects. You will communicate clearly in writing with highly technical candidates and operate with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Strong learning mindset and proven enthusiasm for Web3
- 1–4 years of experience in sourcing talent with exposure to technical or engineering roles
- At least 1 year of experience in web3 specific talent pools or crypto adjacent companies
- Proven ability to run outbound sourcing end-to-end and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills and comfort engaging highly technical candidates
- High grit, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
