Talent Lead

About the Role

You will own and optimize the end-to-end hiring structure, including prioritization, interview design, headcount planning and hiring roadmap execution. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business priorities, mentor and coach the Talent team, improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency, engage talent communities, and track talent metrics. You will identify gaps and introduce scalable, data-informed solutions and automation to continuously improve hiring performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior capacity
  • 1-2 years of team management experience, formal or informal
  • Experience in Web3 is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated senior stakeholder management and ability to raise hiring standards
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Influence and elevate senior stakeholder expectations to ensure rigorous and fair hiring decisions
  • Mentor and coach the Talent team to build capability and drive performance
  • Develop and improve frameworks and processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Support team development through structured feedback and performance coaching
  • Engage with Web3 talent communities to source candidates and identify hiring trends
  • Track and analyse talent metrics and pipeline health to continuously improve processes
  • Identify gaps in talent operations and introduce scalable solutions using data and automation
  • Manage operational recruitment activity in the Web3 space
