About the Role
You will source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and talent pools, conduct structured first-stage screening calls using provided guides, and maintain accurate pipelines in the ATS. You will apply AI-assisted tools to improve sourcing and outreach, submit shortlists for review, and participate in regular process reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in sourcing or recruitment coordination
- Demonstrated understanding of crypto blockchain or Web3 ecosystems
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technology tools
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and accountability within structured frameworks
- Comfortable following set processes and working independently with feedback loops
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tooling, job boards, and talent pools
- Conduct structured first-stage screening calls using provided question guides
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in Ashby ATS and track progress via dashboards
- Apply AI-assisted tools such as Metaview and Granola.ai to improve sourcing and outreach
- Submit shortlists for review and refine sourcing based on feedback
- Participate in weekly process reviews with the Talent Acquisition Lead
