Tech Lead Manager, Infrastructure
About the Role
You will lead and manage an infrastructure engineering team, setting clear objectives and providing technical vision. You will mentor engineers, give timely feedback and growth plans, remove internal and cross-functional blockers, and contribute to infrastructure strategy. You will work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Golang, and blockchain-related systems and coordinate with distributed remote stakeholders across time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in startups
- 2+ years leading or managing SWE or SRE teams and 5+ years of engineering experience overall
- Prior experience with decentralized systems and blockchain
- Experience with Golang, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes
- Experience managing remote teams and coordinating across time zones
- Ability to lead and mentor both junior and senior engineers
- Strong passion for Web3 and MachineFi concepts
