Tech Project Manager
About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of Web3 technical projects: gather requirements, plan delivery, track execution, and drive launches to acceptance. You will work closely with engineers, product, design, and QA, using your development background to clarify requirements and support technical feasibility. You will create and maintain timelines, identify and remove risks and blockers, provide regular progress and resource reports, and host meetings and documentation. You will collaborate across time zones with overseas teams and manage communications in fluent English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 6 months of software development experience
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust
- Familiar with Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Web3 areas such as DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, and smart contracts
- Fluent English for technical and business communication
- Cross-team coordination

- Results-oriented with strong execution capability and resilience under pressure
- Experience working in globally distributed teams (nice to have)
- Track record in developing or managing on-chain projects (nice to have)
