Technical Account Manager

About the Role

You will act as the technical expert for Textile's solutions, working directly with prospective and existing customers to diagnose technical needs, propose integrations, and deliver proofs of concept. You will join business development calls to explain solutions at a technical level, capture technical requirements and feature requests, and ensure timely follow-up and onboarding. You will run demos, workshops, and POCs, collaborate with engineers to prioritize customer feedback, and maintain strong technical relationships with partner teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years front-end engineering experience developing and shipping high-quality user interfaces
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships across organization levels
  • Customer-driven mindset with ability to prioritize strategic opportunities
  • Strong organization skills and consistent timely follow-ups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for explaining technical concepts
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and research teams
  • Experience creating proposals, scope documents, and technical POCs

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level technical support to prospective and existing customers and partners
  • Identify technical opportunities for integration and collaboration with customers
  • Write proposals, create scope documents, and develop POCs
  • Attend business development calls and explain solutions at a technical level
  • Capture and prioritize customer technical requirements and feature requests
  • Assign and track follow-up actions from BD calls with internal teams
  • Deliver live demos, POCs, and technical workshops to educate stakeholders
  • Manage the full customer onboarding cycle and ensure successful adoption
