Technical Lead
About the Role
You will evaluate project approaches, estimate project breakdowns from preliminary architectures, and propose robust architectural solutions. You will write high-quality, well-tested code following best practices and perform thorough code reviews. You will create technical documentation with diagrams and deliver presentations and live demos to clients. You will evaluate team performance, participate in compensation decisions for engineering members on projects, provide mentorship and leadership, and foster knowledge exchange across teams.
Requirements
- Advanced back-end and/or front-end development experience
- Proficiency with NodeJS and NestJS
- Proficiency with Java and Spring
- Experience with Go and Gin
- Experience with React, Vue or Angular
- Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs
- Experience with authentication, microservices and databases
- Familiarity with software design patterns and software architecture principles
- Experience producing documentation and technical diagrams
- Strong communication skills for client and sales engagement
- Proactive approach to continuous learning
