Technical Marketing Manager, Crypto/Blockchain
About the Role
You will translate complex cryptography and blockchain engineering work into clear technical narratives, content, and campaigns. You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, create case studies and documentation, build relationships with projects and influencers, support sales with collateral, and measure campaign performance to optimize results.
Requirements
- Proven track record increasing pipeline and revenue through demand generation
- Strong technical writing and editing for technical and business audiences
- Deep understanding of blockchain, Web3 ecosystem, and cryptography fundamentals
- Experience engaging crypto communities and platforms such as X and Telegram
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
- Familiarity with Claude Code and working with GitHub pull requests
- Experience managing social media and community building efforts
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex security concepts
Responsibilities
- Partner with Cryptography and Blockchain Engineering Directors to develop integrated marketing programs
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Create and manage technical content including case studies, blog posts, and documentation
- Build and nurture partnerships with blockchain projects and industry influencers
- Develop sales enablement collateral and competitive intelligence
- Establish analytics frameworks to measure program performance and ROI
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform positioning
- Represent the company at industry events and community forums
