Technical Operations Engineer, Validators & Rollups
About the Role
You will run and maintain production validators and rollup components, ensuring high reliability and avoiding slashing. You will operate Kubernetes at scale, ship Infrastructure as Code, and automate tooling using Go, Python, and Bash. You will lead incident response, manage key storage and signing procedures, build observability and alerts, and operate rollups and data availability integrations safely.

Responsibilities
- Run validators: deploy, upgrade, and tune EVM Cosmos and Solana validators
- Operate Kubernetes at scale and manage safe rollouts
- Ship and maintain IaC modules and zero-touch deployments
- Automate tooling and CLIs using Go Python and Bash
- Implement and manage key management signing and slashing protection
- Lead incident response and publish clear RCAs
- Build and maintain observability SLOs Prometheus Grafana and alerting
- Deploy operate and upgrade rollup components and wire DA endpoints
- Design backups snapshots and state-sync validation pipelines
