Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Algorithm Developer, or Architect
• Logical understanding of code with the ability to read and analyze code to assess system-wide implications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to internal and external audiences
• At least 3 years of previous experience as a technical product manager or technical architect
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and understand long-term effects of protocol changes
• Enthusiasm about blockchains and familiarity with the crypto space (nice to have)
• Experience or deep understanding of peer-to-peer systems, cryptography, or advanced mathematical algorithms (nice to have)
• Experience working with developer communities, open-source projects, or decentralized systems (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Work with external and internal stakeholders to lead decisions on Starknet protocol changes and new features
• Write low-level requirements for new features and collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate execution
• Analyze Starknet protocol at a deep logical level to understand system-wide impacts
• Identify architectural challenges and ensure solutions align with the protocol's strategic direction
• Communicate the Starknet roadmap to stakeholders and collaborate with marketing on messaging
• Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and industry trends
