Technical Program Manager
About the Role
You will own and orchestrate the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will drive organizational clarity, ensure alignment across priorities, and coordinate programs from inception through launch. You will establish and track metrics to measure progress and success, manage timelines, resources, and team dependencies, facilitate communication and coordination, run meetings, escalate blockers, and drive decision-making to resolution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or similar cross-collaborative role at a technology start-up
- Strong interest and desire to learn about blockchain technology and the crypto industry
- Technical competency with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in leadership or management with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to evaluate and implement processes, frameworks, and approaches for maximal efficiency
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities and shepherd delivery of special projects and initiatives
- Establish and track metrics that provide insight into progress, completion, and success
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of launches
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business, operational, and technical teams to realize roadmap deliverables
- Facilitate communication and coordination across stakeholders

- Escalate blockers and drive decision-making and resolutions
