Technical Program Manager - Product Platfrom
About the Role
You will drive Product and R&D operations within the Security & Trust unit. You will facilitate roadmap planning, coordinate with Product Managers and engineering, manage dependencies and quality assurance, track success metrics, streamline workflows and processes, and lead complex projects from initiation to completion while removing blockers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a product-led company within Product or R&D as a TPM, Project Manager, Product Operations, or Product Manager
- Proven track record of scaling operations in SaaS environments
- Strong operational skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Strategic mindset with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Deep understanding of Jira and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee the unit roadmap planning process
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Manage quality assurance, cross-functional dependencies, and risk
- Track success metrics and enable data-driven decisions
- Act as the central point of contact to foster alignment and transparency
- Analyze and optimize workflows and development processes
- Lead and facilitate complex projects from start to completion and remove blockers
