Technical Project Manager
About the Role
You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. You will coordinate engineering, product, operations, and compliance stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource needs. You will monitor progress, surface and remove blockers, manage risks and budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders. You will champion agile practices, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management preferably in software or fintech environments
- Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional software development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of technical projects from planning through deployment
- Collaborate with engineering product operations and compliance teams to align on scope deliverables and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address blockers risks or delays
- Communicate project status milestones and risks to stakeholders including executive leadership
- Ensure deliverables meet business needs technical requirements and quality standards
- Champion agile best practices and continuously improve team workflows
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation as needed
- Maintain comprehensive up-to-date project documentation
