Technical Recruiter
About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill engineering roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will partner with engineering leaders to define success profiles, source and engage passive candidates, run structured interview processes, track pipeline metrics, and close candidates in competitive situations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting engineers in fast-growing tech companies
- Proven success hiring for difficult, competitive, or highly technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- High technical curiosity and ability to hold technical conversations with engineers
- Startup or high-growth experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Bias for action, ownership, and results
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, platform, data, or backend-heavy teams (nice to have)
- Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency recruiting experience (nice to have)
