Technical Recruiter
About the Role
You will work closely with the CTO to source and hire engineering, data, and product talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting activities including kickoff and intake, outbound sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes. You will build and maintain diverse high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities, run market mapping for priority roles, define scorecards, structure interviews, train interviewers, and negotiate offers to close top candidates. You will write compelling job descriptions and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Proven track record hiring for early-stage high-growth startups especially in fintech or technical environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies interview best practices and compensation planning
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering data and product roles including kickoff intake outbound sourcing screens interview coordination debriefs offers and closes
- Build and maintain diverse high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach referrals events and talent communities
- Run ongoing market mapping for priority roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards structure interviews calibrate bar and levels and train interviewers to reduce bias
- Elevate employer brand and candidate experience by writing job descriptions crafting personalized outreach and negotiating and closing candidates
