Technical Solutions Engineer
About the Role
You will work closely with business development and clients to design technical solutions that meet client needs and project feasibility. You will articulate technical aspects and business benefits to clients, handle technical parts of RFPs and RFIs, and answer technical queries. You will build demos, proofs of concept, and presentations, independently research and propose new technologies, stay up-to-date on Web3 innovations, and collaborate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing positions with deep technical knowledge as a Team Leader or Architect
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Comfortable presenting to audiences of any size
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Openness to honest feedback and continuous improvement
- Aptitude to drive outcomes and unblock self and others
- Willingness and ability to adopt and use multiple technologies and programming languages
- Preferred: Experience in the blockchain industry
