TikTok Creator (Crypto & Finance)
About the Role
You will film, host, and edit short-form TikTok videos for CoinGecko’s official brand account. You must post or schedule videos from a U.S. IP address and meet a monthly output of content. You will explain crypto and finance topics concisely and engagingly, follow provided scripts and briefs or pitch new ideas, perform TikTok-native edits (and optionally edit with other tools), and avoid hype or financial advice.
Requirements
- Be based in the United States
- Post or schedule videos from a U.S. IP address
- Strong understanding of TikTok performance elements such as hooks and pacing
- Fluent English with clear and confident delivery
- Comfortable on camera with a natural relatable presence
- Some familiarity with crypto or personal finance (e.g., know Bitcoin, may have used MetaMask)
- Ability to explain technical topics simply and conversationally
- Maintain a trustworthy calm tone and avoid hype or providing financial advice
- Ability to edit your own videos on TikTok
Responsibilities
- Host 10 short-form TikTok videos per month
- Film and be the on-screen talent for TikTok videos
- Edit videos using TikTok-native editing techniques
- Post or upload content from a U.S. IP address
- Explain crypto and finance topics concisely and engagingly
- Follow provided scripts and briefs or pitch new content ideas
- Help make CoinGecko’s tools and insights approachable for new users
