Tokenomics Analyst
About the Role
You will advise partners and companies on token economy design and act as the Tokenomics expert. You will design token utility, governance and security, model allocation distribution and vesting schedules, and contribute to litepapers and whitepapers. You will collaborate with Listing, Engineering, Treasury and Game Development to implement and iterate token economies, research different token economies to maintain a fact base, identify partnership opportunities, and codify best practices and internal processes.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Mathematics Economics or similar quantitative or research background
- Deep interest and knowledge of Web 3.0 and blockchain including crypto NFTs and DAOs
- Experience in designing token economies or writing litepapers and whitepapers (preferred)
- Skilled at modeling and comfortable building complex spreadsheets simulations or computer models (preferred)
- Highly motivated self-starter and fast learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders and their sinks and faucets
- Design token utility governance and security
- Model token allocation distribution and vesting schedules
- Contribute to litepapers and whitepapers
- Collaborate with Listing Engineering Treasury and Game Development to implement token economies
- Support and iterate existing token economies to ensure sustainability and growth
- Identify potential partnerships within the ecosystem and facilitate introductions
- Research token economies to maintain a fact base and track developments
- Codify best practices and optimize internal processes to scale the Tokenomics team
