Trader Analyst
About the Role
You will speak directly with clients in an analyst role, deliver clear reports and strategy briefs, and provide client-facing updates. You will execute post-launch trading using proprietary tools, trade memecoins and fair-launch tokens, and manage liquidity provision, position sizing, and treasury movements. You will monitor market structure, volatility, social sentiment, catalysts and volume flows to optimise strategies, perform PnL and positional accounting, and work closely with traders and developers to refine execution and tooling. Expect to operate in a fast, seven-day market environment and make rapid, high-conviction decisions.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in trading, market making, Web3 research, or early-stage crypto
- Deep knowledge of memecoins, Solana, narrative rotation and liquidity drivers
- Strong fundamental and behavioural market intuition
- Comfort working in extreme speed, high-intensity environments
- Ability to grasp complex information quickly and present it clearly to clients and teammates
- Analytical and self-critical mindset
- Familiarity with on-chain systems, on-chain data and explorers
- Genuine interest in markets, data, charts and sentiment
Responsibilities
- Execute post-launch trading strategies using proprietary tools
- Trade memecoins and fair-launch tokens
- Manage liquidity provision, market structure and treasury decisions
- Monitor market structure, volatility, social indicators, liquidity and behavioural flows
- Track and interpret catalysts, social events, influencers, volume surges and sentiment swings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and reporting
- Create strategy briefs, token analyses and real-time updates
- Perform PnL and positional accounting and reporting
- Manage position sizing, LP allocation and profit recycling
- Operate in a fast-paced seven-day market environment
- Collaborate with traders and developers to refine strategies and tooling
