Transaction Monitoring Team Lead
About the Role
You will oversee a team of transaction monitoring analysts who investigate alerts and transaction activity, review merchant profiles, and escalate suspicious cases. You will manage Transaction Monitoring Requests (TMRs), prepare and escalate Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISARs), and handle law enforcement and risk check requests. You will maintain accurate investigation records, ensure timely delivery of reports, and support internal and external audits. You will lead, coach, and develop analysts, allocate resources to meet SLAs and regulatory deadlines, serve as the escalation point for complex cases, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve cases and implement process improvements.
