Treasury Operations Associate
About the Role
You will support the day-to-day execution and scaling of treasury operations, providing operational relief and building scalable processes. You will manage cash management tasks, execute regular reporting for equity issuances, BTC purchases and cash allocations, and maintain controls documentation. You will onboard processes, vendors and systems, assist with testing and implementing new financial initiatives, collaborate with finance and IT to identify automation opportunities, perform cash reconciliations, monitor bank accounts and BTC wallets, and help with cash flow forecasting and risk assessments. You will juggle recurring operational responsibilities alongside ad-hoc projects and take ownership of core treasury workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or financial services with focus on administrative support, reporting, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in financial software such as Excel and ERP systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with cash management, reconciliations, and controls documentation
- Experience with capital markets transactions and cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC) a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and take ownership
