UX Designer
About the Role
You will conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and translate findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will design overall product functionality, prioritize mobile-first and responsive experiences, run user testing and A/B tests, identify usability and accessibility issues, and iterate designs based on feedback while collaborating with stakeholders and Product Owners.
Requirements
- Three or more years of UX design experience
- Experience designing solutions for Web 3 is a plus
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma Useberry Design System and Clarity
- Ability to work with Product Owners to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
- Extensive experience using UX design best practices and strong mobile-first and responsive design knowledge
- Experience planning and conducting user research user testing A/B testing rapid prototyping heuristic analysis usability and accessibility work
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete design solutions
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism
- Data-driven mindset is a plus
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Research conceive sketch prototype and user-test experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Ask smart questions take risks and champion new ideas
