UX/UI Designer
About the Role
You will design intuitive user journeys and craft high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to communicate concepts. You will develop detailed user flows, conduct usability testing and user research, and iterate on designs based on feedback. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implementable and aligned with the product brand. You may produce complete screens in Figma following the existing design language. You will manage your work remotely with flexible hours and communicate progress clearly to distributed teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience as a mid-level or higher UX designer
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Familiarity with web technologies
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed user flows for the Synnax App and other products
- Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX best practices
- Produce full designs in Figma using the established design language
- Conduct usability testing and user research and iterate on findings
- Ensure designs align with brand and user needs
