Vertical Marketing Manager - Institutions

About the Role

You will create high-impact content and campaigns that persuade institutional decision-makers to adopt tokenization and digital asset strategies. You will translate technical capabilities into clear, ROI-focused messaging, develop multi-format assets for every stage of the sales funnel, and support events and roundtables. You will collaborate with business development and investor relations to iterate on messaging using real sales feedback and data. You will measure content performance and continuously improve campaigns based on engagement and results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement
  • Experience focused on institutional finance, fintech, or crypto preferred
  • Ability to produce high-quality multi-format content for technical or regulated audiences
  • Exceptional writing and persuasive communication skills for C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in crypto and institutional finance trends

Responsibilities

  • Produce case studies, research reports, explainer decks, solution briefs, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials
  • Distill complex technical capabilities into language that resonates with institutional decision-makers
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives and thought leadership programs
  • Create assets for each stage of the sales funnel and enable BD and IR teams
  • Plan and support participation in events, roundtables, and forums
  • Work with data teams to back claims with usage data and industry benchmarks
  • Track asset usage, campaign performance, and content engagement and iterate
