Vice President, Institutional Partnerships

About the Role

You will design and execute institutional coverage strategy, originate and manage high-value relationships across pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, asset managers, and hedge funds. You will convert relationships into funded allocations, expand client mandates across the product suite, represent externally at allocator and manager events, build sales infrastructure including coverage segmentation, CRM discipline, reporting and pipeline management, and provide market insight on institutional trends, product demand, and tokenization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of institutional client coverage, capital introduction, or capital-formation experience at a global bank, hedge fund, or asset manager
  • Experience from capital introduction desks or allocator coverage/external investing groups
  • Proven track record engaging allocators (pensions, endowments, foundations) and managers (hedge funds, asset managers)
  • Strong cross-asset product knowledge and ability to translate complex strategies into institutional language
  • Entrepreneurial and execution-oriented; comfortable working without a large team or defined playbook
  • Crypto-fluent or crypto-curious with understanding of institutional adoption trends in digital assets
